I receive by Mr Arvind Agarwal SPL LIMITED CIN U24219DL1998PLC14829 412 Vikas Deep Building Laxmi Nagar District Centre Vikas Marg Delhi-110092 ( India )
" Read ur article. India is producing 1.2million engineers but 85% do not conforms to be an engineer. If we talk about graduate, post graduates, researcher scholars figure might be more. Hence our stress is on skill engineers. India is growing demand is high but skill factor less. Government is also keen on vocational training. "
This meas that about 180.000 Engineers made every year have to be considered as VALID !
A good number , anyway !

Floating Solar Power Plant-An Indian Experience
https://media.licdn.com/mpr/mpr/jc/AAEA ... ZTAyZQ.jpg
By Ajay Thomas
Founder and CEO at Vatsaa Energy Pvt Ltd,Business consultant, Motivational Speaker
English http://www.thehindu.com/todays-paper/tp ... 968555.ece
"As per my assessment, coming 10-15 years will be the golden era for companies doing the business of floating solar power plants. These companies will show the highest growth rate among the solar power solution providers all over the world.
Why Floating Solar Power Plant
1. World needs to shift from fossil fuels to renewable energy sources to reduce the global warming and weather change. At the same time, high population density and lack of land resources restricts many nations from constructing big solar farms. And I strongly believe that use of fertile land for solar farms is not a sustainable development model. How we can be proud of such power plants when we spoil hectors of land which can actually be used for agriculture farming, industries, hospitals, parks, educational institutions etc ?
When we utilize our water reservoirs for floating solar power generation, it will definitely become a new beginning.
2. Many African countries suffer a lot with scarcity of fresh water. This year many Indian states are facing this problem and the agriculture based economy of the country is being damaged. In such a scenario, conservation of each water drop is importantIf we construct floating power plants in dry climate regions, it is observed that the evaporation loss is reduced considerably.
3. It's proven that the efficiency of solar PV modules will be high if they get properly cooled. As everyone knows, the cooling effect improves the performance of semiconductor devises.
On the water surface solar panels get maximum natural cooling which will increase the generation. In my experience, usually the dust accumulation on the floating panels is comparatively less because of cleaner air near the water bodies. This is another reason for the high power production.
4. In lakes with heavy wind and waves, the soil erosion from the shore is seen as an issue.
When we place a floating power plant on the water surface, the heavy waves are being eliminated .
My Biggest Dream..
Floating Solar Power Plant was a strong dream in my heart. Actually I decided to start my company Vatsaa Energy Pvt Ltd mainly to develop a superior floating power plant which suits for different weather conditions and land profiles.
We faced many technical difficulties like huge water level variation up to 23 meters, heavy wind and rain etc. How ever our efforts for the last few years became fruitful this year. Vatsaa Energy Pvt Ltd successfully completed the first floating power plant for Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd and was commissioned on 21-01-2016. This 10 KWp power plant is the world's first floating solar power plant built with concrete. We could ensure that our system will not prevent the natural oxygenation of water and will not affect the aquatic life in any manner.
A specially designed tethering mechanism is used to position the plant 200m apart from the shore at a depth of 38m, to handle the 23m water level variation and to ensure the stability of the platform. This system maintains correct orientation all the time.
After the success of this, Kerala State Electricity Board Ltd is now investing to scale up the 10 KWp pilot project to a 500KWp power plant at the same location.
As the CEO of Vatsaa Energy Pvt Ltd, I consider this success as a small step for the healthy existence of the earth. The renewable energy industry can contribute much more to the prevention of global warming and temperature rise by sharpening our power technologies. "
